Rupinder and his colleague provided outstanding professional plumbing service. They responded to my inquiry immediately, even at 11 PM, and scheduled a visit for 8:30 AM the next day. They arrived on time, replaced my under-sink pipe, fixed the clog efficiently, and even cleaned up by taking the garbage with them. Exceptional professionalism and quick service, and fair price ( since urgent, I asked for availability and quote from different service providers)—highly recommended.

Rupinder and his team at Leak Busters did a fantastic job setting up a new drain tile system for my home. My previous setup was causing flooding issues in the lower level, and they came through just in time during the heavy rain season. The team worked quickly and effectively to complete this project, whilst cleaning up after themselves and even laying fresh grass. I highly recommend Leak Busters for any plumbing needs.

I’ve had 4 plumbers cancel on me and no show. I found Leak Busters online and called them. Not only did they show up on time, but they did an amazing job. The staff were polite and respectful, price was fair, my pipes don’t leak anymore and I can finally sleep in peace. No complaints at all! Would recommend 10/10.

Leak Busters did an outstanding job! I had a clogged drain pipe in my kitchen that caused water to back up into the sink and dishwasher. I contacted Leak Busters on a Sunday at noon, and Rupinder arrived by 3 PM the same day! He resolved the issue quickly and effectively at a reasonable price. Rupinder not only fixed the problem but also cleaned up after himself, providing exceptional customer service. I am very pleased with the work and highly recommend Leak Busters for your plumbing needs!

FAQs For Electrical Rough-In

What is electrical rough-in work?

Electrical rough-in refers to the phase of construction where wiring, outlet boxes, and conduits are installed before walls are insulated and drywalled. It lays the foundation for all future electrical connections in a home or commercial space.

Do I need rough-in work for a renovation?

Yes, if your renovation involves moving walls, adding rooms, or updating your electrical system, rough-in work is essential. It ensures that all wiring is properly routed and code-compliant before the finishes go up.

How long does rough-in take?

The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project. A small home addition may take a day or two, while full-home or commercial rough-ins may require several days to a week. We provide accurate estimates after a site visit.

Do you coordinate with other contractors?

Absolutely. We work directly with general contractors, framers, plumbers, and inspectors to ensure smooth scheduling and minimal disruption on-site.

What happens after the rough-in phase?

Once rough-in work is complete, it will be inspected by the city or municipality. After passing inspection, the project can move on to insulation, drywall, and final electrical finishing (like switches, fixtures, and panel testing).

Can you include wiring for future upgrades (like EV chargers or smart devices)?

Yes. We often install conduit and wiring for future use, including EV chargers, heat pumps, home automation systems, or future room conversions. It’s easier and more cost-effective to plan for these during the rough-in phase.
